If you are exhibition at a trade show it can be tough to stand out against hundreds of competitors, without totally blowing your budget out of the window. You have 3 – 5 seconds to attract attention in a busy exhibition hall so creating a strong first impression with clear exhibition stand graphics is vital to attract potential clients or press.
Depending on space, budget and your requirements we have various solutions that will help from portable, reusable options to full size, bespoke exhibition stands. You can add your own graphics to your exhibition stand, or we can have it designed for you by one of our in house exhibition designers.

ROLL UP BANNER STANDS

Roll up banner stands are perfect if you are attending several exhibitions or events, as they are portable and can be reused. You could use one if you have limited space, or using several together creates a simple but very striking display for your exhibition space.

Our roll up kits come in a range of widths and you also have the option of either a straight or curved kit.

All kits are available within 3-4 days and prices start from just £59 plus VAT. Please following this link for more information:  http://www.graphicadisplay.co.uk/roll-up-display-stands.html

POP UP EXHIBITION KITS

If you have a larger area one of our Pop up exhibition kits may be a better solution. Available in various lengths, these kits portable and easy to assemble, so as with our banner stands they can be reused again and again, and come with a lifetime warranty.

To make your stand even more dynamic and eye catching you could even combine several solutions, for example using a banner stand along side a pop up kit can be a great space saving solution that really makes the most of your space, for more ideas, check out our exhibition stand PDF, or check out our range of pop up exhibition kits on our website.

As well as our standard exhibition kits we can also produce bespoke display graphics for larger events or budgets – please visit our events graphics page for more details on some of our past projects, or call us on 08453 730073.

21st November 2011

You’ve booked your space, invited your client list and chosen which products to display… but how do you make the most of your space?

In many cases, your exhibition stand will be the first point of contact your potential customers will have with your company, so it is vital that is well designed and attractive while expressing your brand’s values at the same time. For example, if one of your core company values is ‘bright and bold’, your stand could express this with bright colours and imagery.

You should also think about your objectives for the exhibition. Do you want to launch a new product? In this case you must allow the space to display the product effectively. Perhaps you want to show of a range of exisiting products? Display shelving and literature racks could be helpful in this instance.

In both cases, you will probably want to include graphics and imagery in your display to communicate your company details and brand values, and add some interest to your stand. An effective and cost efficient way of doing this could be to use pop up stands and/or banner stands. The type of display you can incorporate will of course depend on the size of the space you have, but a professionally-produced banner with careful consideration to your core values can do wonders for your reputation and image.

Check out our range of exhibition kits, or give us a call on 0845 3 730073 for tips or more info! …. And good luck with your event!

21st October 2011

Everyone at Graphic was excited to learn that we had been nominated for the Most Eco Friendly Project/Scheme at the 2011 Visual Merchandising Awards for our print and production work on the Truvia Voyage of Discovery project in the summer (see below for more info). Unfortunately, we were pipped at the post by brilliant project for Harrods… but we were thrilled to be nominated anyway!

MORE DETAILS ABOUT THE PORJECT WE WERE NOMINATED FOR…

Working with Studio Toogood and Bompas and Parr, we produced all the graphics for the project including the amazing oversized reptile print (below, top) and dark cavern corridor, both printed on an eco friendly on a stretch fabric graphic wall.
All stretch fabric walls and upholstery (below) was printed using dye based inks which
are more ecologically friendly and have a wider colour gamut and vibrancy. One of the walls we produced was over 40 meters wide… the longest one we have ever produced, and possibly the longest one ever!?

18th July 2011

We are very excited to be involved with the Truvia(R) Voyage of Discovery on Selfridge’s rooftop with Studio Toogood and Bompas + Parr. Truvia is a new American sweetner brand, made from the Stevia plant and is 200% sweeter than sugar (but calorie free!) and the space has been taken over to mark the introduction of the product in the UK.

The Truvia Voyage of Discovery will depict Truvia’s journey from leaf to table and includes an emerald green boating lake, thousands of Stevia plants and a magical crystal island. The pop up cocktail bar is accessed through a fleet of rowing boats. All with panoramic London views and custom prints and wall coverings designed by Studio Toogood.

From Studio Toogood and Bompas + Parr’s artwork we produced, printed and installed over 60m of dye based printed fabric walls including full installation and frame work manufacture. We followed this method as dye based printing if more ecologically friendly in relation to solvent based methods and it offers a vivid and high impact colour base.

We also produced fabrics for all the upholstery and parasols for the event and worked closely with the Selfridge’s management to help implement and install in a very bespoke event area using our modern method of fabric stretch wall techniques.

For more information on these products and all the other large format display printing services that we offer please contact us or follow this link:

The Truvia Voyage of Discovery runs from 21st July – 24th July on the rooftop of Selfridges. Please click here for tickets: Truvia rooftop bar tickets.
