Graphic Display confirms that it will only use the information collected about the customer lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998). Graphic Display will collect information about the customer for two reasons: firstly, to process the customer's order and secondly, to provide the customer with the best possible service. Graphic Display will not email the customer in the future unless the customer has given GD his consent. Graphic Display will give the customer the opportunity to refuse any marketing email from it in the future. Graphic Display will never collect sensitive information about the customer without the customer without the customer's explicit consent. The information Graphic Display holds will be accurate and up to date. The customer may check the information that we hold about the customer by emailing GD. If the customer finds any inaccuracies Graphic Display will delete or correct it promptly.
